HEALTH TIPS

  1. Grind Tulsa leaves with two black peppers and have it with honey to treat a fever of cold.
  2. One table spoon of caster oil taken with luke warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach is an excellent cure of indigestion.
  3. Adding a tea spoon of caster oil while kneading the atta takes care of the constipation problem.
  4. To get rid of bad breadths caused by onion eat a few coriander seeds.
  5. To loose weight drink a glass full of luke warm water to which one tea spoon of honey a few drops of lemon juice have been added on an empty stomach in the morning.  It is a laxative too.
  6. Include half apple in a day.

  4. Understand your limitations,
  5. No one is a super human, everyone makes mistake and there are limit to his capabilities, except this truth and flow with it,

  3. Wipe your window grils with a cloth dipped in kerosene oils to keep away cobwebs
  4. Shoes – coconut oil and a swab of cotton
  5. To clear dust and grease from exhauste fan and bulbs in the kitchjen wipe with coconut fibre dippen in kerosene oil.  Follow this by a good scrub with a cooton cloth stipped in washing powder.
